At Lumi , we’re committed to fast, reliable, and transparent shipping. Here’s everything you need to know about how your order is handled — from processing to delivery.
Shipping & Fulfillment
Shipping fees (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your address and product weight.
Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Shipping time:
- USA,UK, Europe, Canada, Australia: 6–12 business days

Other countries: 7–14 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary due to customs, holidays, or weather conditions.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order contains a pre-ordered or back-ordered item, we’ll ship available items first. The remaining items will be shipped as soon as they become available — at no extra cost.
Tracking Your Order
You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS with a tracking number once your order is shipped.
You can track your package using our Tracking Page.
Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking updates to appear.
Address Accuracy
It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered.
If you notice an error, please contact us immediately at Contact@lumibeautysecrets.com Once your order is processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee address changes. We do not ship to PO Boxes or military (APO/FPO) addresses.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply in their country. These charges are not included at checkout and vary by region.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or your local courier.
- Contact us at Contact@lumibeautysecrets.com within 7 days of the delivery notification.
If your order is lost or damaged, we’ll work directly with the shipping carrier to investigate and may offer a reshipment or refund based on the findings.
For added protection on high-value orders, we may require a signature upon delivery or offer optional shipping insurance.
Delivery Delays
We strive for timely delivery, but delays may occur due to:
- Customs inspections
- Public holidays
- Weather or natural events
If your order is delayed more than 7 days beyond the estimated delivery time, please contact us. If delivery exceeds 30 days, we will offer a full refund or reshipment.
Returns & Refunds
Returns are accepted under our Refund Policy.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Chargebacks & Fraud Protection
We take fraud seriously. If a chargeback is initiated, we will provide your:
